So, we’ve got some good news and we’ve got some not-as-good news. First, the not-as-good news is that Trevor Noah will unfortunately not be taking his next hour of stand-up to the TD Garden stage next year, as previously planned. However, the good news is that he’s still making his way to Boston, and we’re getting more than double the dose.

As announced earlier this week, the Daily Show host has scaled back on the grand, arena-sized vision of his upcoming “Back To Abnormal” tour, which was slated to hit Causeway Street in February. Instead, Noah is spreading the love between Boston’s Wilbur Theatre from April 5 through 7 before returning on April 10 after getting down to business for one night at Medford’s Chevalier Theatre on April 8. By the time the comedy cable news anchor comes to town, there’s a good chance that he’ll have shed his suit in the spotlight, as he recently announced his upcoming departure from the Daily Show’s hosting spot after seven years at the helm.

However, he will have a new stand-up special to his credit, as I Wish You Would premieres on Netflix on November 22.

Our good fortune doesn’t stop there, though. Even before Noah comes our way, Fortune Feimster has a bit of a double-dipping planned herself, as she brings her “Live, Laugh, Love” tour to the area for a bit of St. Paddy’s weekend fun at The Chevalier on March 16, before delivering a pot o’ gold to The Wilbur on March 17. Feimster has toured extensively over the course of 2022, with a few stops in the area already, but following the release of her highly-anticipated sophomore special Good Fortune, which premiered on Netflix in October, she’ll have a full slate of brand new material at the ready come March.

Returning star power is undeniably a treat, but as viral star Pinky Patel readies for her Wilbur debut, it’s worth noting that first times are always a gas, as well. Bringing her “New Crown, Who Dhis?” Tour to The Wilbur on April 22, the PTA mom-turned-comedian wields her mixed bag brand of commentary on Indian culture, motherhood and the like that has helped her garner over five million followers and 89 million likes on social media platforms.

Tickets for Patel’s show go on sale to the public today (November 4) at 10 a.m. ET, while tickets for Feimster and Noah hit the market at noon.
