B. Glow’s Comedy Show at Surfside Smokehouse

Any time Brian Glowacki throws down close to home, it’s a celebratory occasion. When he brings some of his hilarious friends along for the ride to make an even better night? Well, that’s damn near a night you cannot miss. Catch Glowacki, Shaun Connolly and others, and hell, throw down on some fish and chips while you’re at it, because that’s never not a winning decision.

Casey Crawford at The Square Root

By no means does the slow burn of Casey Crawford’s comedy approach indicate a dull result. In fact, Crawford’s calculated stride toward a punchline is one of the highest regarded in the scene, and to make it an even better time, everything that comes out of his mouth makes you think for a minute, only adding layer after layer to well-crafted jokes and observations. Run, don’t walk to this show, as Crawford may be the headliner, but you’re in for a jam-packed night of all-star level stand-up from start to finish.

Always one to keep it brutally honest with an eloquent and well-articulated flair, the Suck Master General returns to the seaport after a number of reschedulings. With a new special taping within reach at the end of the year, this particular gathering of meatsacks (Cummins’ loyal, enthusiastic and dedicated army of fans) is coming at a perfect time, where Cummins is well entrenched in his Symphony of Insanity tour and a new but well-sculpted hour that is sure to be upfront, open and honest in the best possible way – per usual.

Morgan Jay at Laugh Boston

Musical comedy is arguably quite a rare talent these days, and not so arguably, so is Morgan Jay.
