The all-star Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert at Wembley Stadium next month sold out in minutes, but now fans can watch the show from the comfort of their homes. Foo Fighters revealed on Wednesday (August 17) via Twitte that the September 3 show in London will be broadcast on Paramount+, MTV, CBS, and Pluto TV.

The show, the first of two paying tribute to the late drummer, who died in March at the age of 50, will feature the Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Pat Smear and Rami Jaffee leading a healthy lineup of performers that includes Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones, Krist Novoselic, drum prodigy Nandi Bushell, Nile Rodgers, Liam Gallagher, Supergrass, Travis Barker, Lars Ulrich, Josh Homme, Geddy Lee, Brian May, Stewart Copeland, Alex Lifeson, and others.

A second event, September 27 at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles, features Miley Cyrus, Sebastian Bach, Gene Simmons, Geezer Butler, P!nk, LeAnn Rimes, Heart guitarist Nancy Wilson and others from the London show. The shows are presented by the band and Hawkins’ family and are billed as “two global events celebrating the memory & music of a rock legend,” and interest in the concerts has been massive.

“As one of the most respected and beloved figures in modern music, Taylor’s monolithic talent and magnetic personality endeared him to millions of fans, peers, friends and fellow musical legends the world over,” the band writes in a statement when the shows were first announced. “Millions mourned his untimely passing on March 25, with passionate and sincere tributes coming from fans as well as musicians Taylor idolized.”

It continues: “The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concerts will unite several of those artists, the Hawkins family and of course his Foo Fighters brothers in celebration of Taylor’s memory and his legacy as a global rock icon — his bandmates and his inspirations playing the songs that he fell in love with, and the ones he brought to life.
