Live entertainment continues to make its way back into our social lives — mask up! stay safe! — and so we always want to make sure you know about cool stuff going on in the world of comedy. Enter Mic’d Up, our ongoing weekly series that details the best live comedy shows to consider as you head out and about. Below find our rundown for this week, through Sunday (June 5).

Corey Rodrigues & Jimmy Cash at Roar! Comedy Club

As the old saying goes: “Two comedy powerhouses are better than one,” and this is no exception. On the precipice of Rodrigues’ latest special, and Cash’s continued ascension in the stand-up game, this is a match made in comedy heaven that is surprisingly rare to see, so be sure to catch it while you can.

Saturday, June 4 at Roar! Comedy Club, 1 MGM Way in Springfield, MA :: 8 p.m. :: Tickets are $28

Brian Glowacki at The Wilbur

It might be a late show, but it’s never to late to make history. With what feels like the entire local scene in his corner, and for good reason, Glowacki is set to mark a milestone as the first independent, unsigned local artist to headline the sacred Wilbur stage with his wonderfully refreshing upbeat approach and undefeated enthusiasm for the craft. To make it even more of a grand occasion, he’s got fellow local killers Janelle Draper and Alex Giampapa joining him for the festivities.

Saturday, June 4 at The Wilbur Theatre, 246 Tremont St. in Boston, MA :: 9:45 p.m. :: Tickets are $27

Nate Bargatze at Academy of Music Theatre

While some artists are renowned for their vibrant personalities or their penchant to wear suits on stage, Bargatze is rightfully touted most of all for his unwavering storytelling and top-tier joke writing abilities. Artists hit ebbs and flows all the time, but the former Boston Comedy Festival champion has largely remained consistent in being one of the strongest comedians on the grind over the years, and this make-up date in Western Mass is sure to hold nothing but further proof of such a claim.

Sunday, June 5 at Academy Of Music Theatre, 274 Main St. in Northampton, MA :: 5 p.m. (sold out) & 7:30 p.m. :: Tickets are $50 to $150

Christina P at The Wilbur

With an observational wit as sharp as a mother’s instinct, the Your Mom’s House co-host brings the power wielded in her most recent Netflix special, Mom Genes, to the Wilbur for a highly anticipated and well overdue return. Raunchy, sincere and, above all else, unfiltered hilarity is sure to ensue when Christina P hits the stage, so don’t miss out.

Sunday, June 5 at The Wilbur Theatre, 246 Tremont St. in Boston, MA :: 7 p.m. :: Tickets are $25 to $39
