The music festival lineup news was flying so fast and so furious over the past two weeks — Boston Calling! Coachella! Bonnaroo! — that we nearly forgot all about Governors Ball. But hey, the New York City music fest is here today (January 25) with its 2022 lineup, and its headlined by a triple-play of artists with local ties in J. Cole, Halsey, and Kid Cudi.
Governors Ball takes place June 10 to 12 at the Citi Field complex in Queens, the home of the New York Mets. It was one of the few major music festivals to hold a 2021 edition, welcoming Billie Eilish, Post Malone and others just this past September.
Other performers for the ’22 edition include Flume, Clairo, Playboi Carti, Roddy Ricch, Glass Animals, Migos, Jack Harlow, Surf Curse, Kaytranada, Joji, Louis The Child, Jazmine Sullivan, Still Woozy, 100 Gecs, Japanese Breakfast, Becky G, Black Pumas and others. Check out the full lineup below.
