Editor's Note: The lights were lowered in Cambridge last night (May 14), and it wasn't a result of the cloud-cover that has presided over the city for the past few weeks. Dark synthwave master Perturbator crashed The Sinclair on the aggressive strength of March single "Excess," delivering the type of dance party that normally resides in the underground to the Harvard Square music venue. For this tour, Perturbator (the work of French producer/musician James Kent) has brought along fellow dark synth artist GosT, and last night they were joined by homegrown industrial bass purveyor Moris Blak.
