The silver lining to all that, of course, is the annual Hometown Throwdown, and on Tuesday afternoon The Mighty Mighty Bosstones unveiled the dates to this year’s all-ages parties, and it all goes down December 28, 29, and 30 at The House of Blues on Lansdowne Street. Tickets are priced between $27 and $46 go on sale this Friday (October 5).

No opening acts have been announced just yet, but we do have a potential clue to this year’s theme: The promo poster tweeted out by the Bosstones features a very cool Yellow Submarine design.
What does that mean?!?!? Maybe nothing!
