Editor's Note: It was impossible to be everywhere at once Saturday (May 26) at Boston Calling. But those who made it to the Delta Blue stage over the course of the afternoon and evening -- especially those who straight-up sprinted from the festival gates at noon all the way to the far end of the Harvard Athletic Complex -- were treated to an electric, diverse lineup of sounds and styles. Below is a recap of a trio of those sets, including rising hip-hop collective Brockhampton (who performed Saturday as sexual assault allegations against member Ameer Vann cloud their future; UPDATE 9:23 a.m.: Brockhampton have parted ways with Vann and cancelled the rest of their live appearances), engaging New York rapper Leikeli47, and Canadian singer-songwriter Daniel Caesar. Vanyaland's Emily Gardner put in the work all day long, and you can view her gallery of those three performances below, in order of listing. Content Warning: Brockhampton's Kevin Abstract performed on stage with a gay slur printed across his chest, which is first visible on Page 6 of this gallery.
