Photo Gallery: Alvvays and Beeef live at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston

Editor's Note: Look, we told you yesterday that one of the greatest, finest, dreamiest songs of 2017 would be played last night at the Paradise Rock Club, and we were not lying. Canadian guitar-rock band Alvvays were in town showing off their shiny new album Antisocialites (out last month on Polyvinyl), and the only debate we got from the to-the-point post was which Alvvays song we have declared our most fave of '17. Some suggested "Plimsoll Punks" while other stood by "Dreams Tonite", but we remain steadfast in our love for "In Undertow," a mystical song we'll no doubt be swaying to for years to come. Alvvays played that and their other Greatest Song Ever, "Archie, Marry Me," as well as all the other hits last night at the 'Dise, and Vanyaland's Eddy Leiva was in the room to capture snaps from the show, including a few looks from homegrown openers Beeef, starring the one and only Perry Eaton. Scan through Eddy's full gallery below.
