Now that Oh Malô have played the music for pretty much every show-going head in the Boston area, the rock band is set to bring their expansive sounds to unsuspecting ears across the country. Armed with last spring’s debut LP As We Were, this morning Oh Malô have announced a 27-date North American tour that starts April 15 in Fox Point, Rhode Island, and extends all the way to the West Coast before circling back to wrap June 10 in New Haven, Connecticut.
Along the way is a June 2 Boston date and a handful of other New England appearances, including a May 28 stop in Burlington, Vermont. Venues and other info are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
“We’re hitting the road this spring and we’re doing one lap of this crispy nation,” Oh Malô write. “We’ll try out lots of new tunes in new cities with new merch and new hair. Out with the old, in with the dew?”
Along the tour, Oh Malô will be joined on multiple dates by Boston/Nashville’s TWEN and Olympia’s Oketto. Start circling dates on the calendar with the handy flyer below. Featured Oh Malô image via the band’s Facebook.
