According to reports, the Rolling Stones performed live down in Foxborough last night, part of a private event at the Gillette Stadium grounds organized by New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft. The legendary rock band, fresh off their Desert Trip performance and release of new blues album Blue & Lonesome, ripped through a string of hits for the invite-only crowd, including familiar tunes “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Start Me Up,” and “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction.”
Mick Jagger and company brought the goods like it was the latest stop on a world tour, and reportedly earned millions for the performance. Guests included U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger. The band stayed at the Four Seasons here in Boston and racked up quite a bill, says the Globe.
Only in BOS compiled a few clips of the action filmed by fans in the crowd, and you can bang through a nice medley of songs below.
Looks like quite a time.
