After a series of strong singles, the 24-year-old British multi-instrumentalist released one of the better albums of 2016 back in February, and those sounds were in full display last night (June 15) at Royale in Boston. Bridging the U.K.’s always on-point alt-pop scene with the one blossoming here in Massachusetts, homegrown trio Contact provided opening duties, riding high off the recent release of breakout hit “Never Stop”.
