‘Tis the season for not just holiday parties, but Boston Music Awards parties as well. The big shebang goes down Sunday December 14 at the Revere Hotel — we already booked the Vanya suite; it’s going to be a long night — and now the details of the annual nominee party has been unveiled.
As Jed Gottlieb’s Guestlisted revealed this morning, the nominee bash goes down Thursday, December 11 at Redstar Union, a room nominated for Live Music Venue of the Year in the 2014 BMAs. Performing will be new-wave punk powder keg Petty Morals, piano-pounding rock dynamo Feints, and Redstar house band the Singhs, which featured Blues Artist of the Year nominee Peter Parcek.
Those interested in attending can RSVP here, but for those who won’t make it down to Kendall Square Thursday night, fear not — Redstar will be live broadcasting the event via redstarunion.com.
And if you’re keeping score at home, public voting in the 2014 BMAs concluded earlier this past week. The winners will be revealed next Sunday at the Revere.
