Halloween is Friday, and today is National Cat Day. So naturally we are here to premiere the new spooky-ass animated video from Boston garage rock band Electric Street Queens, which features cats playing penis flutes and witch boobs and evil cauldrons and flying brooms and oh my god just watch the damn thing but make sure no co-workers are standing over your shoulder because it’s probably very NSFW even though it’s all animated.
The video is for the spunky track “Brew-Ha-Ha,” off September’s Live From Your Dreams, We’re The Electric Street Queens cassette release, and the clip below is composed of drawings by bassist Coco A-Go-Go, which were animated by guitarist Bobby Abraham. And that’s Mel Vacation on vocals, known here, there and everywhere for her work in the Fagettes.
So it’s a real total team effort here.
And it’s definitely the best Halloween song since the Shaggs’ 1969 classic “It’s Halloween” and it’s definitely going to be the best 92 seconds of your day.
