Come Flame Away: Watch the tour buses for Styx and Foreigner catch fire in Philly

The summer tour featuring ’70s classic rock bands Styx and Foreigner is so hot right now, their tour buses just went up in flames!

The double-headlining romp across America, which brought the bands to the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion in Boston on June 19 without incident, was in Philadelphia when the fire happened near Penn’s Landing.

No one was hurt, and the show tonight in New Jersey will go on as planned.

According to TMZ, with video after the blockquote jump:

Two tour buses for a Styx and Foreigner concert turned into vehicular torches early Wednesday afternoon in Philly … TMZ has learned.

It’s unclear how the fire started, but we’re told one bus went up in flames … and the fire spread to the second vehicle.

The buses were parked and NOT occupied when they caught fire. We’re told the buses are “crew buses” and not “band buses.”

The bands are scheduled to perform together Thursday in New Jersey.
