Cool It Now: Bobby Brown launching line of ‘sauces, seasonings and marinades’


Bobby Brown used to love his “Candy Girl.” Now he’s got a taste for a different kind of flavor.

The New Edition pop star is launching what we’re told is a “delectable line… of sauces, seasonings and marinades,” and one of the first tastings for Bobby Brown Foods goes down at the Sunset Cantina on Commonwealth Avenue on June 27. New Edition have a gig later that night at Agganis Arena across the street.

Los Angeles, May 19, 2014—-WHO KNEW? Bobby Brown, one of the biggest MUSIC stars in the business loves to cook! So much so, that he has developed a delectable line (Bobby Brown Foods.LLC) of sauces, seasonings and marinades that will be launched this summer with scheduled Tasting Events in Tour Cities! The first city for one of these Tasting Events will be Bobby’s hometown Boston on Friday , June 27th at The Sunset Cantina (916 Commonwealth Avenue-617- 731-8646). The entertainer is also celebrating the 23rd Anniversary of his debut solo album, Don’t Be Cruel (which sold over 7 million copies) and will head out on a New Edition Summer Concert Tour beginning in June 26, 2014. Bobby also has a recurring role on BET’S smash hit “Real Husbands of Hollywood” Season 3 which will air soon.
