After receiving their big break by being selected to perform at the iTunes showcase at SXSW next month, emerging UK rock band Coldplay today released a new single, titled “Midnight.” It may or may not be on their upcoming sixth studio record, according to Stereogum, but most importantly: it’s not that terrible.
