A few weeks ago we learned that modern electro-pop pioneer Peaches was making her way back to Boston, a part of the Institute of Contemporary Art’s summerlong Wavelengths live music and DJ series. When we traced back to the ICA’s website to find the full lineup, we were pretty blown away by it.
Now that Wavelengths is about to set off tomorrow night in the Seaport, it was high time to revisit the schedule, which begins with a double-thrill bill of sound connoisseur Dean Wareham (Galaxie 500, Luna, and Dean & Britta) and psych-folk risers Quilt.
Co-presented by Converse, Wavelengths then continues each Friday (except August 1) until the end of summer, and features some of our favorite artists and ones we frequently profile, like Andre Obin, DJ Leah V, and Cakes Da Killa.
The pertinent details for tomorrow night and beyond: Doors are at 6:30, tickets are $20 for members and students and $25 for non-members, and Island Creek Oysters are involved.
Check out the full schedule below.
