Suddenly, Sleigh Bells are everywhere.
The Brooklyn noise-pop duo vaulted back into our lives in July with a new track, “Hyper Dark”, and news of a fall tour, which includes a September 13 date at the Sinclair in Cambridge.
Alexis Krauss and Derek Miller then made headlines last week when they filed a lawsuit against pop star Demi Lovato for allegedly ripping off their song “Infinity Guitars”, and today they’re back with word on their new album, Jessica Rabbit, out November 11 off their own label Torn Clean, and a video for its latest single, the LP’s opening track “It’s Just Us Now”.
The video for “It’s Just Us Now” was directed by Miller, shows him riffing it up out in a field while Krauss screams in a pool.
It certainly packs a wallop of emotion. Maybe Demi is taking notes.
