A while back we included LaconiaFest Motorcycle Music Festival in our summer music festival preview, simply because we were in awe of the lineup. Going down June 11 to 19 at the Weirs Beach Drive-In Theatre as part of the 93rd annual Laconia Motorcycle Week in New Hampshire, it’s pretty much the best assembly of hard rock talent in New England this year, with appearances by Steven Tyler (even with that country flavor), Bret Michaels of Poison, Lita Ford, L.A. Guns, Warrant, Ted Nugent, Buckcherry, Sevendust, Fuel and others. Hell, even Trixter is playing.
Today, the fest gets another shot of adrenaline, and the entire Granite State will be Youth Gone Hog Wild. Enter former Skid Row singer — and the only true Skid Row singer — Sebastian Bach.
“We’re so pleased to have Sebastian Bach joining us for the inaugural LaconiaFest,” says Tyler Glover, managing member and co-producer of LaconiaFest, in a presser. “We’re dedicated to bringing our attendees the greatest musical experience, so we’re really looking forward to his amazing performance!”
Bach headlines the June 12 slate, which also features Leaving Eden, Sygnal To Noise, Pulse and others.
The frontman, who’s also dabbled in television and theatre since parting ways with Skid Row in the ’90s, released his last record, Give ‘Em Hell, back in 2014. Check out a cut from it below, and get the full lineup and ticket info for LaconiaFest here.
