Panama Wedding’s breakout hit “All Of The People” remains one of the finer alt-pop jams of recent years, and now the New York crew have released another bouncy, bubbly track in escapist-dream single, “A Brand New Life.”
Is escapism-pop a thing? It should be.
The new single, which you can preview below, is the first cut off Panama Wedding’s upcoming EP, Into Focus, which November 6 via Glassnote. To get the new tunes into proper showcase form, the band has also unveiled a string of live dates with Great Good Fine Ok that kick off November 30 at Great Scott in Allston. The mini-tour, just in time for the holidays, hits New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Columbus, and Madison before wrapping up in Chicago on December 9.
