In the city of Boston, the number 27 represents greatness, at least between the early days of K.C. Jones’ career and Carlton Fisk. Now, it’s time we let Denis Leary and a crushing new Comics Come Home lineup sprinkle some of their own dirty water on its mystique.

As announced today (August 22), the longest-running comedy fundraiser in the country is returning for a 27th year when Leary and his hand-picked gang of stand-up Avengers set up shop for another titanic evening at TD Garden on November 4. Joining Leary and his right hand man Lenny Clarke, who is the only one aside from Leary to be present for every edition in the event’s evolution will be Bill Burr, Marc Maron, Rachel Feinstein, Alex Edelman, Orlando Baxter, Robert Kelly and Tammy Pescatelli. According to the event’s ad mat, more comics are to be announced at a later date.

Since its maiden voyage in 1995, Leary and the CCH platform have supported the Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Care, an organization founded by the Bruins legend and Hockey Hall of Famer, having garnered more than $13 million as a result of their efforts year after year.

Tickets for the show can be accessed via pre-sale now by using the code COMEDY before public on-sale begins on Thursday (August 24) at 10a.m. ET.
