Dreamers & Robert DeLong’s Dodging Sunshine Tour, May 31
We love a good tour pairing, and we get one May 31 as Dreamers and Robert DeLong bring their Dodging Sunshine Tour to Brighton Music Hall, landing pretty much in the middle of a 26-date North American run. Both acts are two of our favorite alt-pop projects to emerge from the late-2010s (see Dreamers, see Robert DeLong), and Dreamers return to town fresh off last week’s release of the magnetic Wallow In It EP, which should elevate their status ever higher. Tickets go on sale Wednesday (March 22) at 1 p.m. local time.
Catie Turner first graced our screens by appearing on the 16th season of American Idol. Now she’s ready to grace our streams with the ongoing release of the Pennsylvania native’s new project, Comedy & Tragedy, a two-part collection of songs and visuals. By the time she plays Brighton Music Hall on June 17, we should be well versed in this Friday’s new single “Hyperfixations,” which she says is “about living inside my head to the point it affects my ability to love and to perceive love; it affects my ability to perceive life. I really hope you enjoy it, whether as a down-to-enjoy-some-chaos type of person or a fellow neurodivergent over-thinker.” Tickets go on sale Friday (March 24) at 10 a.m. local time.
