Dylan Minnette may be getting screen time action via acting roles in13 Reasons Why and Scream 5, but we’re still locked in to his alt-pop trio Wallows, who last Friday (March 4) dropped a new glistening synth-pop tune called “At the End of the Day.” Minnette says this new one, the third single to be taken from the Los Angeles band’s upcoming sophomore album Tell Me That It’s Over, out March 25, is about being in a relationship that’s ultimately doomed, but still finding the strength to wish happiness to the other person involved. There’s a tenderness here that recalls the best of Lightning Seeds, and we’re always here for that kind of vibe.
