Editor’s Note: This past Friday, Barns Courtney released his latest album, 404 — and the LP’s overall theme is something entirely relatable. “The album circulates around the themes of existential authenticity, and how we lose ourselves as we age… A 404 error is when a computer can’t find what it’s looking for. It connects with the server, but the page isn’t there anymore. As a child of the digital age, the comparison felt apt.” Well shit. The British musician brought 404 and more to Boston’s Paradise Rock Club last night (September 10), the latest stop on his current tour with The Hunna, and María Alejandra Mata was in the room to capture visuals of the sweaty, lively performance.
