If you found yourself reading any of the not-so-subtle clues laid down by the folks close to The Comedy Studio this past week, perhaps you’ve already guessed who is dropping in for a set. If you couldn’t put a finger on it, though, let us spell it for you: Pete Holmes is coming home tonight.
As part of the legendary club’s recurring Certified Fresh showcase, the Lexington native returns to his roots for a night that is sure to bring the laughs in bunches with Holmes’ signature zest. What is also sure to make it a fun night is the fact that it will include some new material as he continues to work his way back to a full hour of fresh, special-ready material following the release and success of his most recent special, Silly Silly Fun Boy, which arrived on YouTube earlier this year.
The show will also feature Matt McCarthy, as well as host Alex Giampapa, so adding that all together to join forces with “Badman” is just a winning combination you won’t want to miss.
