Boston Calling unveils daily set times for 2025 edition

When Boston Calling announced its (particularly eclectic) 2025 lineup back in January, the Memorial Day festival dropped another key detail about this year’s edition: The use of a rotating main stage. The new feature promised to merge the festival’s usually-adjacent Green and Red Stages into one mega-platform, creating “a seamless, immersive” viewing experience. Now, roughly a month out from the big event, guests are getting a glimpse of just how tight those changeovers will be.

Boston Calling yesterday (April 24) shared the full schedule for its 2025 edition, which is slated for Friday, May 23 through Sunday, May 25 at the Harvard Athletic Complex. The fest’s social media posts outline the newly-configured four-stage lineup, which includes the reintroduction of the complex’s arena as a performance space for jazz students from Berklee.

The schedule for the Green Stage (which has effectively absorbed the Red Stage) shows mostly 10-minute gaps between sets. The stage’s efficiency means it will host eight performers per day — that’s two to three times more sets than any other performance area on site.

Per usual, this year’s big reveal prompts many burning would-you-rather scenarios, forcing guests to choose between overlapping sets. Good luck picking between Sublime and Tom Morello, Cage the Elephant and James Bay, and Megan Moroney and T-Pain.

But hey, that’s fest life, right? Check out the full schedule below.
