When tickets to Lady Gaga’s four Singapore performances went on sale earlier this month, over three million fans joined Ticketmaster’s “queue” for the chance to attend the singer’s only foreseeable shows in Asia. And when Gaga’s just-announced arena tour hits the ticketing website next week, Boston fans will surely flood the queues for other cities, because Mother Monster doesn’t seem to have any plans to unleash MAYHEM on New England.
Roughly three weeks after releasing her seventh studio album, the pop iconoclast today (March 26) unveiled the “MAYHEM Ball,” her first world tour since 2022’s much-postponed “Chromatica Ball.” But unlike Gaga’s past two tours — both of which stopped at Fenway Park — Boston and New England are noticeably absent from her slew of 2025 performances.
The North American leg of the tour will stop at only six cities: Las Vegas, Seattle, New York, Miami, Toronto, and Chicago. (Gaga will also headline Coachella in Indio, California next month). After working across the United States and Canada this summer, the tour shifts to Europe for the fall, launching with three London dates in September, and wrapping up with three Paris shows in November.
Tickets to both legs of the tour go on sale to the general public on April 3.
“This is my first arena tour since 2018,” Gaga said. “There’s something electric about a stadium, and I love every moment of those shows. But with The MAYHEM Ball, I wanted to create a different kind of experience — something more intimate — closer, more connected — that lends itself to the live theatrical art I love to create.”
The singer adds in an Instagram post: “I wasn’t planning to tour this year after my shows in Singapore but the incredible response to the new album inspired me to keep things going. It came together super quickly thanks to Arthur Fogel and the amazing team at Live Nation, who planned a global tour in just a few weeks.”
