It’s time to take two potential names off the headline rumor board for Boston Calling 2025. Less than two weeks after dropping surprise album GNX, Kendrick Lamar and longtime collaborator SZA have announced the Grand National Tour, and included in the co-headlining run is a May 12 stop at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.
The 21-date Grand National Tour, which runs from April to June and takes its name from the Billboard chart-topping record, is presented by Live Nation, pgLang, and Top Dawg Entertainment. Tickets go on sale Friday (December 6) at 10 a.m. local time.
This won’t be the first time Lamar and SZA have toured together, as the previously took on North America back in 2018 — the same year they collaborated together on “All The Stars” — for Top Dawg Entertainment’s Championship Tour. SZA is also featured on two GNX tracks — smooth R&B jam “Luther” and dramatic album closer “Gloria” — and both should sound huge filling the open air of the massive stadiums listed below.
