The best part about any sort of family reunion is being able to tell everyone how great you’re doing. So as Anjelah Johnson-Reyes prepares to make her way back to the area, she’s certainly got some stuff to share to get us caught up.
As announced earlier this week, Johnson-Reyes will be making her return to the area in 2025, with one show at Medford’s Chevalier Theatre on May 3, as part of her upcoming Family Reunion stand-up tour. It will mark her first time back in town since 2022, since which she has released her sixth stand-up special, Say I Won’t, and has also been tagged as the host of the Tubi panel show My Crazy Quince. Even as her schedule has filled up with work off stage, Johnson-Reyes has still continued to sell out shows in theaters all over the country.
Over at The Wilbur, the rag tag quartet behind the highly successful Unsubscribe podcast — Eli Cuevas, Brandon Herrera, Cody Garrett, and the man affectionately known as The Fat Electrician — will be bringing the chaos to life, as part of their upcoming live tour on December 5.
