Liang Haiyuan has made quite the name for himself in China as a rising star in the comedy realm. Now, he’s set to make his Boston debut with his brand new show, and he’s bringing an immersive approach with him.

As announced earlier this week, Haiyuan will be making his way to The Wilbur for the very first time on October 16 with his all-new show, Man In The Corner 2, which he will perform fully in Mandarin. The decision to head across the pond into the North American market comes after breaking records in China for the highest grossing headline comedy tour, as well as garnering droves of rave reviews of his new show. In addition to those successes, he also released a full-length special on YouTube in 2023.

Additionally, a number of names already occupying the Wilbur calendar have added new shows to their stops on Tremont Street, as Ronny Chieng has added a 9:45 p.m. on November 3, Brian Regan has added a 7 p.m. show on November 9, and Morgan Jay has added a 10 p.m. show to his sold out run on December 13.

Tickets to these shows can be accessed now via The Regulars presale before a venue presale can be accessed on Thursday (August 29) at 10 a.m. ET by using the code VANYA. Public on-sale is set to begin on Friday (August 30) at 10 a.m. ET.
