‘How Did This Get Made?’ will return to Boston for a Wilbur reboot

In life, there are three certainties: Death, taxes, and if there is a film comparable to hot garbage, the How Did This Get Made? crew will find it, and then properly shred it to bits.

While the flick they dissect will surely be different, Boston will be feeling a little bit of deja vu when, as announced today (May 29), the mad trio of Jason Mantzoukas, June Diane Raphael, and Paul Scheer take to The Wilbur stage on June 16 to lay down a thick blanket of judgement on someone’s labor of love. It hasn’t been too long since the gang has seen a Boston crowd, having just dissected the 1991 comedy Switch alongside comedian and actress Jessica St. Claire last summer. Since then, however, they’ve continued to bring their love of comedy and bad films to different parts of the globe, with shows in both North America and the United Kingdom, including Scotland and Ireland.

Over yonder in ye olde Medford, Neil Hamburger has also added a second show to his scheduled stay on September 6.

Tickets to these shows can be accessed via venue presale starting today (May 30) at 10 a.m. ET by using the code VANYA. General on-sale starts on Friday (May 31) at 10 a.m. ET.
