The Witch City band’s new tune and video arrived last week (May 3), priming folks for their forthcoming EP All The Things It Hurt To Know with a punchy alt-rock tug of war. The cheeky, popcorn-tossing visual aside, “Manic” grapples with the awkward emotions that often accompany healing, cautiously juggling relief and guilt in the same refrain. “This song is for anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed about the feeling of feeling better,” the band shares on Instagram.
