Hatebreed, 30th Anniversary Tour, September 27
It seems like it’s the 30th anniversary tours that hit us the hardest these days, as we’ve still not wrapped our heads around 1994 being as long ago as 1964 was then at the time. The latest to mess with our sense of time and purpose is Hatebreed, the legendary Connecticut hardcore band that sets out on a 30th anniversary tour this fall, playing Citizens House of Blues in Boston on September 27. Joining the fun on this fall run are Carcass, Harms Way, and Crypta. “We are extremely grateful to have hit this milestone and to be able to celebrate it with the some of the best bands and fans in the world!,” says singer Jamey Jasta. Drummer Matt Byrne adds: “30 Years of Hatebreed! What a wild ride it has been! The ups, the downs, and all of the in-betweens… I have nothing but gratitude towards my bandmates and each and every one of our fans WORLDWIDE. We’re coming to see you all. Stay tuned.” Tickets go on sale Friday (March 22) at 10 a.m. local time.
