Becky Robinson brings a cast of characters along for her Wilbur debut

We’ve had the pleasure of watching Becky Robinson unleash her arsenal of characters on video and on stage. Coming up, we’ll get to see it all again, but just in a much larger space.

As announced earlier this week, the viral comedian and social media star will be taking her talents to the Theater District for one night at The Wilbur on March 2. In addition to her long list of character and voiceover work, Robinson has continued to ascend in the comedy realm with an extensive and warmly welcomed stand-up schedule since she was last in the area in September 2022.

There’s nothing like a good reunion, and in the top-tier comedy minds that made up the sketch comedy gold of The State, who are reconvening to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their cult classic MTV series at Chevalier Theatre on October 19, there aren’t many reconnections in comedy that have packed as much of a punch. With the milestone anniversary as the centerpiece of the occasion, Michael Ian Black, Thomas Lennon, Ken Marino, Joe Lo Truglio and others are making their way to town to deliver the high-octane comedy that fueled the show’s four-season run between 1994 and 1995 in an up-close and personal way that fully captures the energy that made their original run such a unique experience in the first place.

TikTok standout and stand-up comedian Che Durena brings his multifaceted, and oftentimes absurd perspective to The Wilbur on January 12, as part of his Rawdawg tour. While the Canadian-born comic has certainly put in the work on stage all over North America and Mexico, Durena also boasts a vast social media following as a result of his content on TikTok, and his work as creator and host of the Most Amazing Top 10 podcast, which have garnered more than 14 million followers.

Critically-acclaimed comedian David Nihill is making his way to town for one night at The Wilbur on March 9, as part of his Shelf Help tour. Equipped with his cavalcade of travel stories and tales of cultural observations, and navigating his way through American society as an Irish immigrant, Nihill has made quite a name for himself in the stand-up realm over the last few years. Most recently, Nihill released his latest hour special, Cultural Appreciation on YouTube as he continues to lay his tracks down everywhere with a heavy touring schedule that brings him to packed rooms all over the world.

Presale tickets for these shows can be accessed by using the presale code VANYA starting at 10 a.m. ET today (September 14), before The State, Durena, and Nihill go on sale to the general public on Friday (September 15) at 10 a.m. ET. Robinson’s show will hit public on-sale at noon ET on Friday.
