Letters To Cleo, 30th anniversary of ‘Aurora Gory Alice’, November 17 and 18
The frequent homecoming shows of Letters To Cleo are always so much fun, but this one’s extra special: On November 17 and 18, Kay Hanley and the boys post up at Paradise Rock Club for two nights, November 17 and 18, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of breakout album Aurora Gory Alice, with Gigolo Aunts, their first shows in a decade, opening both nights. Yes to all of that. “We will celebrate by playing the album in full along with other of your favorite songs,” the band writes. In addition to the pair of Boston gigs, Letters To Cleo will also play Brooklyn Made in New York City a few days prior, giving up a trio of opportunities to sing along the songs that soundtracked our youth.
