The Workaholics gang wants to show us what’s important at The Chevalier

Via Chevalier Theatre

After a disappointing start to the year that found the highly-anticipated Workaholics movie shelved for the foreseeable future, it’s looking like Adam Devine, Anders Holm, Blake Anderson and Kyle Newacheck have something important to tell us. So by all means, let’s get weird in Medford.

As announced today (August 16), the quartet of cult heroes are bringing the unhinged hilarity of their hit podcast, This Is Important, into a live setting at Chevalier Theatre on September 15. Equipped with the penchant to dive into some some highly important topics spanning from their perspectives on issues with science and the economy to the MLB All-Star Game and everything in between, the creative minds behind one of the most embraced TV shows of our time are gearing up to give us everything we’ve come to love about their collaboration and more as they take the lovable insanity from screen to stage.

Looking into the crystal ball of comedians coming through town in the future, Saturday Night Live alum and elite impressionist Jay Pharoah (spoken in Don Pardo’s voice) will return to The Wilbur early next year, with one show on January 19. Since his last time through Boston in 2021, Pharoah has continued to bring his light-hearted and multi-faceted brand of comedy to theaters all over the country, in addition to a few acting credits including The Blackening, Spinning Gold and Out of Office.

Additionally, Matteo Lane has added a fifth show onto his impressive sold-out run at The Wilbur with a 9:45 p.m. late set on November 18.

Tickets for these shows can be accessed via The Regulars presale starting today (August 16) at 10 a.m. ET before The Wilbur’s presale, which can be accessed using the code VANYA, begins at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday (August 17). General on-sale begins on Friday (August 18) at noon ET.
