Brett Goldstein announces first stand-up comedy tour, includes Boston stop

Via Boch Center

After giving us some of the best seasons of television in (at least) the last decade as Roy Kent, Brett Goldstein is making his way from screen to stage to give us the second best night of our lives as, well, Brett Goldstein.

As announced earlier this week, the Ted Lasso standout and comedian will be embarking on his first stand-up comedy tour this fall, dubbed The Second Best Night of Your Life tour, with a nine-city itinerary, including four shows over three nights at Boch Center Wang Theatre between October 13 and 15. In addition to his highly-embraced stop in Boston, which has already sold out three of the four shows, Goldstein will also be making his way to a number of other cities all over the country including New York City (as part of the New York Comedy Festival), Denver, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., and Sacramento, before closing it out in Portland, Oregon.

In addition to his work on Ted Lasso, Goldstein has found significant success in a variety of film and television roles on the years, most recently including Thor: Love & Thunder, and Apple TV+’s Shrinking, which he created alongside Bill Lawrence and Jason Segel. On the stage, he’s had a number of one-man shows featured at Edinburgh Festival Fringe, featuring in four editions over the course of eight years.
