Chris Distefano makes a ‘Wrong Move’, heads to Chevalier Theatre this fall

Via Bill Blumenreich Presents

Judging by Chris Distefano’s career trajectory, he’s made quite a few right moves that have hurled him into the upper crust of today’s most in-demand talents. But for all the right moves he’s made, one wrong move has set Chrissy Commonwealth on a road that will lead him back to Massachusetts in the fall.

As announced earlier this week, Distefano has added a number of dates to his Right Intention, Wrong Move tour, including a stop at Medford’s Chevalier Theatre on November 18. It will be Distefano’s second trip to a Massachusetts stage in 2023, as he first unleashed his latest hour at The Wilbur back in March.

Looking ahead to 2024, Indian comedy star Zakir Khan is making his way to The Wilbur for one night on March 16. While the city will be prepping for some St. Patrick’s Day insanity, Khan will have some shenanigans of his own planned, performed entirely in Hindi, coming in the form of his thoughtfully crafted stand-up and satire that can be seen in any of his three comedy specials, 2017’s Haq Se Single, 2018’s Kaksha Gyarvi, and 2022’s Tathatsu. Those three specisls are currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

Additionally, the How Did This Get Made? squad is doubling down on their MA stay, with a Wilbur show added to their schedule on August 8.

As well, Nikki Glaser has added another show her own Wilbur stop on November 2.

Tickets to these shows can be accessed via pre-sale using the code VANYA now, before general on-sale starts on Friday (June 16) at 10 a.m. ET.
