Kevin Smith clocks in at The Wilbur with ‘Clerks III’ screening

Via The Wilbur

With a journey around the land to spread the gospel of Randall, Dante, Jay, and Silent Bob already in the chamber, Kevin Smith has officially assured us that Clerks III will in fact be open in Boston.

Nestled in the latest waves of dates making up the nationwide Convenience Tour, it was announced earlier this week that Smith will be bringing the third installment of the iconic cult classic franchise to The Wilbur Theatre on December 5. Much like he and Jason Mewes did when they brought Jay & Silent Bob Reboot to The Wilbur in 2019, Smith will be sharing a full screening of the new film with the crowd, followed by a Q&A which, based on the Q&As he’s done in the past, will be nothing short of an experience in and of itself. So throw on that goalie-cut hockey jersey, break out your favorite pair of jorts, and take the latest expedition into the View Askewniverse in all of its glory with Bluntman himself at the helm.

And once we all collectively power through the following weeks, and make our way through the holidaze that inevitably hits around day 350, Andrew Santino is making his way to Boston to close out the year in style with a weekend pair of Wilbur shows, with one set on December 30 and the other taking place on New Year’s Eve. Taking the stage with his even-keel demeanor, unfettered observations and something of a jovial darkness, the widely-acclaimed comedian and actor will surely sprinkle some Cheeto dust and place a ginger-bearded cherry atop the chaotic sundae that 2022 has fully embodied.

Tickets for all shows can be accessed through presale right now using the code VANYA before they go on sale to the public on Friday (October 7) at noon ET.
