It’s been a long three years since we last heard from Michelle Wolf, but lucky for us, now she’s planning her return to the area with a brand new set that we’re almost certain will have us engaging in some pre-Halloween howling.
Per an announcement earlier this week, Wolf will be gathering the pack at The Wilbur for some laughs on October 29. It will mark Wolf’s first show back in the city since she closed out 2018 with a run of New Year’s Eve shows at The Wilbur. Since then, Wolf has proceeded to take the comedy world by the reigns one bit at a time, as she’s released a full-hour Netflix special, Joke Show, in 2019 in addition to a highly successful touring schedule that has brought her all over the world. And while you wait to see her in person, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t re-up on watching her 2018 Netflix variety show, The Break with Michelle Wolf, as well as her 2018 HBO special Nice Lady and her hard-hitting White House Correspondence Dinner hosting gig which brought praise and outrage from respective sides of the political spectrum the same year.
Now, looking even further ahead, it’s bound to be a Wilbur wonderland come the colder months , as comedian, writer and podcast host Pete Correale makes his way to The Wilbur on December 10. In addition to his widely-acclaimed stand-up shows that have yielded four specials (most recently For Pete’s Sake in 2020) and bring him all over the country to tackle the headlining spotlight, Correale can also be heard as co-host of The Pete & Sebastian Show alongside international comedy superstar Sebastian Maniscalco.
Tickets for these shows can be accessed now via presale by using the code VANYA before they are released to public on-sale on Friday (September9) at noon ET.
