She may subscribe to the term ‘hack’ on screen, but by no means does Hannah Einbinder exemplify the term. She’s honestly more of a sellout — at least in terms of how her live shows turn out.
Such will be the case for at least one of her shows in Somerville tonight (July 21), as her Road Dates tour brings her to The Center for the Arts at The Armory for a pair of stand-up performances that will not only deliver the highly-regarded brand of multi-faceted comedy that she’s become known for, but also the latest in her continuously blossoming career on the stand-up grind.
In addition to late-appearances on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Einbinder will continue to reprise her Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated role as Ava Daniels on the HBO hit series Hacks. Tonight, we get an up-close look.
