Future Teens play Nice and offer good advice on ‘Same Difference’

Via Facebook

We’re not big on conspiracy theories, but hey, check this out: Future Teens are playing NICE, a fest next month, and today the Boston bummer-pop champions have returned with a brand new single on the nicest day of the year — 6/9 on your kitten wall calendar. It may not be intentional, but this new Future Teens joint sure it; it’s called “Same Difference,” it hits the streams via Triple Crown Records, and the band says “it’s about combatting intrusive thinking with good advice.”

It also marks the group’s first new original music since last year’s Deliberately Alive EP, so that means we now have exactly 50 days to learn all the words to this one and properly sing-shout it back at them at NICE.

Get into it below, and scan that full NICE lineup now that Weakened Friends and Born Without Bones have been added to the bill.
