Editor’s Note: The second day of Boston Calling was a day of two halves: Before the storm and after the storm. Ahead of the severe weather that forced an evacuation of the Harvard Athletic Complex festival grounds, sending thousands to nearby Harvard Square, the university’s stadium, hockey arena, and elsewhere, Boston’s Dutch Tulips played an energized set at the Tivoli Audio Orange Stage. Afterwards, Brockton hip-hop collective Van Buren Records cranked up the intensity on that very same stage, while out in the main field Run The Jewels held court like the seasoned Boston Calling veterans they are. Jason Greenough captured images from all three performances, and you can scan through his full gallery above. Keep it locked to our continuous festival coverage throughout the weekend. — Michael Marotta
