Late springtime in New England can definitely get a little toasty, but when it comes to welcoming Andrew Dice Clay back to the area, there’s always room to dawn that trusty ol’ leather jacket for one more night.
As such, we will get the chance to do just that when the Dice Man himself comes — or shall we say cometh — to Medford’s Chevalier Theatre on Friday, June 10. Marking his first trek to the area since 2019, which also harbored a stop in Medford for the iconically raunchy comedian, Dice is bringing his tell-tale attitude to town with a new slate of material in tow. Most recently, Dice can be seen in the controversial Hulu series Pam & Tommy, as well as his podcast, I’m Ova Hea’ Now.
Also making his way to Medford later this year is Brian Regan, who will be bringing his legendary brand of stand-up to The Chevalier on Friday, June 24. Coming off a year in which he released a new special that seemed to bring his comedic genius to newer heights, as well as lent his services to the Amazon Prime series Loudermilk, Regan continues to bring his A-game in all facets.
But wait — there’s more!
The Chevalier is bumpin’ this year, no doubt. But as far as The Wilbur goes, it’s a bonafide hit parade this summer, as well, as Maria Bamford will be making her way to Tremont Street on Sunday, July 24, ahead of Donnell Rawlings, who will also take the stage at The Wilbur on Sunday, September 4.
Bamford’s signature blend of stand-up, voice acting and discussing her experiences with her mental health can be found in a number of ways aside from catching her live on stage, including two specials (Weakness Is The Brand and The Special, Special Special!) on Amazon Prime, as well as her critically-acclaimed Netflix series Lady Dynamite.
Aside from hosting his eponymous podcast, The Donnell Rawlings Show, Rawlings can be seen as part of Season 2 of The Degenerates and Bert Kreischer’s The Cabin on Netflix, as well as a consistent guest on a plethora of podcasts alongside his many comedy comrades.
Access pre-sale ticket to all four shows with the code VANYA starting at noon today (February 9).
