Few albums this year have cast a spell quite like Acts of Worship, the October sophomore effort from ACTORS. But a few weeks before the LP dropped, the celebrated Vancouver post-punk ensemble delivered some bummer, but understandable, news, relaying word that any planned tours around the album would be postponed until next year. Today (November 22), we finally get to glaze our eyes over those dates, in full neon black-light effect, as ACTORS will take Acts of Worship out for 32 dates after a Calgary one-off in February. Things kick off March 20 at Artefaktor Live 6 in Mexico City, and wrap May 13 in Washington State, with stops in between across the country and back. There is no Boston or New England date on this run, so those of us in the northeast are best advised to hit either Montreal on March 23 or New York City on April 2. Usually a random Providence or Burlington show pops up on the calendar at the last minute, but the tight itinerary makes that seems rather likely this time around. Get ticket and venue info here for the shows listed below, and air out Acts of Worship as you compile those Best of 2021 lists.
