Editor's Note: The summer concert season is many things to many people, but mostly it's a great chance to see ultra-packaged tours showcasing bills that features multiple bands that could each headline their own show. One of the first of the fresh season arrived this past Friday (June 21) as Young The Giant, Fitz and The Tantrums, and COIN crashed The Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion down in Boston's increasingly-generic Seaport District. YounG The Giant rolled in showing off last fall's Mirror Master LP, while COIN have been running high on a string of non-album singles and the Fitz party crew bring the "123456" good times no matter what they're selling. Bina Zafar was under the tent capturing snaps of it all, and you can scan through her full gallery below.
