Editor’s Note: While the Bruins and Blues were bringing the body across town at TD Garden last night (June 6) for Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final, a trio of bands were bringing their own brand of heaviness to the Seaport. Just in time for the nice weather, the aptly-named “Unheavenly Skye Tour” rolled into the Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion with a three-pronged sonic approach: Coheed and Cambria back in town supporting last year’s The Unheavenly Creatures; Mastodon here performing all of 2009’s Crack the Skye for the LP’s 10th anniversary; and Buffalo hardcore punk band Every Time I Die basically just showing up and rocking the fuck out.
