Dilly Dally and Chastity live at Brighton Music Hall

Photo Gallery: The Canadian alt-rock band played Allston last night, allowing all of us to skip SXSW

Editor's Note: Dilly Dally are the type of band that blows you away at SXSW when you're mad drunk on free vodka and slightly sick off free tacos, and you can't wait to 'gram the fuck out of their performance at that stank-ass venue off 6th Street somewhere that ended up being a way further walk than everyone said it would be. Luckily for all of us in other far reaching parts of the country, the energetic Canadian alt-rock band skipped "South By" this year in favor of a proper tour, in support of last fall's fantastic album Heaven, and the latest stop pulled into Allston's Brighton Music Hall last night (March 20) as part of the Fenway Recordings Sessions. Fellow Canadian Chastity opened the show, and Vanyaland's María Alejandra Mata was in the room to wrestle the lighting and capture some visuals of it all. Scan through her full gallery below.
