Editor's Note: Fresh off a riveting GQ interview where the man was on point and made a lot of sense about everything (except pizza being disgusting), Vince Staples hit Boston's House of Blues on Monday night (February 25), the latest stop on his ‘Smile You’re on Camera’ tour. Staples had fellow Californian rapper Buddy and Philadelphia MC Armani White in tow, and the show was briefly interrupted during the latter set as a fire alarm forced the Lansdowne Street venue to evacuate. Word in the room was someone lit up backstage, but we aren't into rumor mongering so we'll just leave it at that. When Buddy came on stage, he asked the crowd "Who loves weed?!? We just lit up” and then later he asked “Oh so what was up with that fire alarm?” Vanyaland's Emily Gardner was in the room (and outside during the interruption) to capture snaps of the show, and you can scan through her full gallery in order of appearance below.
